Currently, we are looking for a Junior HR Manager.

Our dynamic People & Places team manages all employee needs, from recruiting and hiring to personnel development and office management. We seek someone to handle the administrative HR tasks.

What you will contribute:

  • Supporting employees on personnel matters
  • Drafting employment contracts and agreements related to onboarding and departure
  • Preparing and following up on monthly payroll in collaboration with an external provider
  • Collaborating within the People & Places team and participating in HR projects
  • Serving as a contact for employment law, contract design, remuneration, and HR issues
  • Managing reporting and certification to tax and social security authorities
  • Managing our HR tool (Personio) on an ongoing basis

What you need to bring:

  • A university degree focusing on HR or comparable HR training
  • 1–2 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll
  • Knowledge of labor, payroll tax, and social security law is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in German and English (minimum C1)
