About the role

The Physician will utilize expertise to mitigate and treat injuries and illnesses, ensuring proper injury care, disease diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Responsibilities include requesting tests, follow-ups, referring patients to specialists, coordinating medical referrals and admissions, monitoring and arranging final dispositions, stabilizing patients, and coordinating evacuations to higher care levels as needed. A proactive approach to workplace safety and a professional, diplomatic customer interaction style are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide urgent and emergency care within the scope of normative emergency medicine practice in the U.S. (aligned with the ROB Role 2 program).
  • Coordinate medical referrals, transfers, and final dispositions.
  • Stabilize patients and coordinate evacuation to local medical centers.
  • Participate in meetings and medical committees as required by the CMO.
  • Assist and participate in MASCAL drills and actual events.
  • Offer advice and feedback to improve medical activities within the ROB Role 2 program.
  • Support APP activities in the ER, including telephonic on-call duties if required.
Job Profile

Experience Required:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Physician.
  • Preferably in remote settings.
  • Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
  • Commitment to proactive workplace safety and professional patient interactions.

Education Required:

  • Current, unrestricted license from any U.S. State, District of Columbia, or U.S. Territory.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications.
  • DEA License.

Other Qualifications:

  • On-call rotation participation if required.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Ability to relocate to Germany and maintain a valid passport.
