What do YOU care for?

Apply now at our SenVital Senior and Care Center Niklasberg in Chemnitz starting from 01.06.2025 in part-time (75%) as a Employee for the Social-Cultural Service. This is a fixed-term position as a sick leave cover.

YOUR TASKS:

1. Enhance the quality of life of our residents through therapeutic measures and improve their everyday life.
2. Revive lost skills of our residents with individual guidance.
3. Welcome new guests/residents, including creating a care plan.
4. Be a contact person for the needs and wishes of our residents.
5. Conduct integration discussions and guest surveys.
6. Independently carry out group activities such as chair gymnastics, memory training, and craft groups.
7. Create and evaluate care plans in the social service area.
8. Document in the in-house system.

YOUR PROFILE:

1. Completed training or studies in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work, nursing, motor therapy, art therapy, or music therapy.
2. Willingness to work according to a duty roster, including evening shifts until 5 pm and once a month on weekends.
3. Ideally, a class B driver's license.
4. Organizational talent and strong communication skills.
5. A great passion for working with and for people.
