For this role, we are offering locations in Walldorf (near Heidelberg), Garching (near Munich), and Berlin, close to SAP offices.

What you'll do

As a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner (f/m/d) in the newly established P&C Business Partnering Team for Go-to-Market Customer Services & Delivery, you'll be a strategic partner to executives, senior managers, and leadership teams. Your role involves acting as a trusted advisor, providing consulting, strategic insights, and guidance on all relevant P&C topics.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Providing strategic consulting to the Senior Leadership Team to accelerate SAP’s transformation.
  2. Driving SAP’s People Agenda and ensuring execution within the Business Area, influencing scalable solutions with P&C services and practices (Global Total Rewards, Talent Discovery, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.).
  3. Translating business needs into P&C initiatives and supporting organizational change and cultural transformation.
  4. Supporting the development and implementation of global HR programs and products across all P&C areas.

What you bring

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in People & Culture/HR Business Partner roles, ideally in a matrixed and international environment.
  • Strong understanding of SAP’s strategy, business model, and organizational structure.
  • Excellent consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven project management skills, especially in transformational initiatives.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
  • Experience in leading change initiatives with significant business impact is a plus.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written).
