In this role, you will contribute to expanding Medtronic's portfolio in the Diabetes sector. The position involves interesting and diverse project tasks.

This position covers the Zurich & Ostschweiz region and is therefore remote. Remote means your home address is considered the primary workplace. Occasional presence at the Medtronic office may be required for meetings.

Responsibilities include:
  • Technical product training for diabetes patients on products such as insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring, and Smart MDI – including individual and group training sessions, both online and onsite in clinics.
  • Proactive customer support in practice and clinical settings, coordinated with sales colleagues, including acquiring new customers.
  • Coordination, implementation, and monitoring of all sales-relevant and referral-relevant measures, including therapy information, customer presentations, and consultative discussions aimed at closing sales.
  • Supporting sales colleagues with technical and user-related questions.
  • Close collaboration with the Sales Representative and Inside Sales teams.
  • Reporting product issues to relevant departments for quality assurance.
  • Active participation in regional, national, and international medical congresses and sales support events.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • Completed education or degree in business, natural sciences, or medical field.
  • Excellent didactic skills and training experience.
  • Organizational skills, results-oriented work approach, and sales affinity combined with service orientation.
  • Team orientation with high self-motivation and a positive mindset.
  • Flexibility and resilience with strong time management and planning skills.
  • Friendly, open, confident demeanor, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism.
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel within the specified region and a valid driver's license.
