Are you an experienced IT specialist working in the Pharma industry? Or would you like to enter the growing Pharma industry for an exciting career?

Our client is seeking an IT Specialist to ensure the seamless operation and optimization of established computer systems, primarily in a Windows-based environment. The ideal candidate will also support the implementation, qualification, and validation of new computer systems and the overall IT infrastructure of the company.

The position offers home office options and can be based in NRW / Baden-Württemberg.

Your Responsibilities :

1. Ensure operational readiness and optimization of established computer systems in a Windows-based environment.
2. Support the establishment, qualification, and validation of new computer systems and the IT infrastructure.
3. Record and maintain issues with IT systems, ensuring maintenance and documentation follow internal guidelines.
4. Assist in the creation and maintenance of method-relevant documents, such as SOPs, Validation Plans (VPs), and Test Plans (TPs).
5. Handle both general and specialized organizational tasks.
6. Conduct training sessions.

Your Profile :

1. Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, IT management assistant, or a Bachelor's degree in IT, or a comparable qualification.
2. Fluent in German with good English skills.
3. Strong administrative knowledge in Windows server environments and virtualization technologies, preferably VMware vSphere.
4. Experience in a quality-oriented environment (GMP / GLP / GCLP) is desirable.
5. Passion for IT in a regulated environment.
6. Interest in developing a modern IT landscape.
7. Accuracy, reliability, and organizational talent.
