We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and optimize business processes.
2. Defining and prioritizing features, coordinating with stakeholders and developers, and ensuring successful delivery of technical solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
3. Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns.
4. Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and applying them to improve models and processes.
5. Collaborating with software engineers and IT teams to deploy and integrate data science solutions into production systems.

Qualifications include:

• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with focus on Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Highly motivated, responsible, and a collaborative team player.
• Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of data storage technologies (SQL, NoSQL, data lakes).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
