As an Associate Customer Success Manager

You will :

  1. Be passionate about customer success and experience in a scale environment

You will execute the following responsibilities :
  1. Work collaboratively in a team of CSMs managing a shared install base of customers
  2. Collaborate on plays to drive programmes and strategies to help our customers grow at scale
  3. Engage customers via inbound shared email inbox and proactive outreach, resolving customer needs by aligning them with the right resources
  4. Use HubSpot tools to drive product value and usage through various engagement types, including email, customer webinars, and small group coaching
  5. Partner with internal teams to maintain, activate, and grow customer investment across HubSpot's platform
  6. Contribute positively to an inclusive team culture of skill development and peer-to-peer feedback
  7. Implement regional and global engagement plays and pilots, actively providing feedback to improve customer help and support
You have :
  1. Fluency in both English and German
  2. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and presentation skills
  3. Aptitude for learning software
  4. Prior experience in a customer service, project-based, or consulting role
  5. A deep interest in using data and analytics to identify customer needs and deliver the right engagement at the right time
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  7. Strong communication skills across diverse mediums
  8. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to give and receive feedback for continuous improvement
  9. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
