A leading company is seeking Site Process Experts to join their EU Process Excellence team. This role involves driving process improvements and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in English. This role is available at both Level 4 and Level 5. If your experience aligns with Level 4, we encourage you to apply for that position. Amazon is seeking a number of Site Process Experts to work in the EU Process Excellence (EUSC PE) team. The Site Process Expert is a field onsite position that will need to adapt to local shift requirements, depending on operational needs. Roles will be based in one of our Sortation Centres (SC) across the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, and France.
The EU PE team consists of operational leaders driving process stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement across the EU SC network. This team is essential for establishing best-in-class process performance, accelerating technological advancements, and enhancing technical and process knowledge among operational leaders.
EU PE ensures operational teams are equipped with the expertise to deliver technological and process improvements, focusing on minimizing variation and delivering strong performance. The team collaborates closely with Core Process Experts (CPE), Change Managers (CM), operations, Ops Excellence, program teams, engineering, and RME teams to improve process metrics.
The Site Process Expert works alongside the SC Senior Leadership Team and maintains high collaboration with EU PE functions. Responsibilities include deploying initiatives, building networks within the SC, driving compliance, and implementing EU-wide improvement activities. The role requires ownership, detailed understanding of initiatives, and influence to achieve tangible productivity and efficiency gains. Additionally, the role offers opportunities to learn Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques, progressing toward Green/Yellow Belt certification.
