A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of electrophysiology innovation. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies. We focus on our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovative ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology products.

Join our community of experts dedicated to ensuring quality and affordable care worldwide. This role involves extensive travel (80-100%) across Germany and Western Europe, providing valuable experience in diverse markets and building an international network.

Responsibilities may include:

• Planning training programs with the Sales Manager and other teams for customers
• Providing technical support for CAS products and procedures
• Supporting sales and marketing during product presentations and launches
• Reporting market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence
• Managing customer complaints, product issues, and legal concerns
• Completing administrative tasks and activity reports for the Sales Manager

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality
