Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on and forward-thinking Product Owner (m/w/d) to drive the implementation and roll-out of the Osapiens software within Nordex and shape its integration into our future application landscape. Ideally, you bring strong process knowledge in customer service, manufacturing, and quality management – paired with first practical insights into the Osapiens hub for Service. Your strength lies in connecting systems and people: you know how to translate process needs into smart software architecture and understand how to integrate with SAP environments.

Develop and optimize processes in customer service, manufacturing, and quality management using Osapiens hub for Service.

Design and oversee the application architecture to support the defined processes.

Ensure smooth integration with SAP systems, leveraging your SAP process knowledge.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value.

Lead agile development teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Focus on improving user experience by continuously refining and enhancing the product.

Maintain ongoing coordination with Osapiens to ensure alignment and successful implementation of product features.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software deployment/ roll-out.

In-depth knowledge of customer service, manufacturing, and quality management processes.

Strong integration skills to SAP and familiarity with SAP processes.

Solid understanding of application architecture and software deployment principles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Very good knowledge of English, German or Spanish, both written and spoken, is an advantage
