Investment Banking Analyst – CRH Group (m / f / d)

As an Analyst in the Consumer, Retail & Healthcare Group, you will work on the origination and execution of Investment Banking mandates. Your tasks include financial statement analysis, financial modeling, company and industry research, and preparing client presentations and deal memoranda.

You will progressively take on more responsibilities, including:

1. Participating in project execution for M&A, ECM, and cross-product transactions across Europe, collaborating closely with senior team members.
2. Drafting presentation materials, management and Board materials, memoranda, and other documents for transactions and strategic client discussions.
3. Building complex financial models for valuation using methodologies such as trading and transaction multiples, DCF, and LBO.
4. Evaluating company financial performance against industry and market trends.
5. Preparing company and industry analyses.
6. Conducting target and buyer screenings and analyses, including acquisition capacity assessments.
7. Training and guiding interns and VIEs.
8. Staying informed about key market developments in Healthcare, M&A, equity, and debt markets.

Ihr Profil

Experience & Technical Skills:

• Excellent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or healthcare-related field.
• Relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or healthcare consulting with top-tier firms.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Bloomberg, and CapitalIQ.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are beneficial.
• Motivated, reliable, organized, detail-oriented, proactive team player, eager to learn, with strong problem-solving skills.
