Shipment & Export Coordinator (m/f/x) at Lawo AG | softgarden

Overview:

Lawo, based in Rastatt, Germany, is an innovative, leading supplier of professional audio, video, and control solutions to the worldwide broadcast market. We develop and manufacture our products in Germany and support them with a global Customer Support Team.

We are seeking to strengthen our Customer & Support Administration Team with a Shipment & Export Coordinator (m/f/x).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shipments of national and international orders, including rental and demo equipment.
• Prepare shipping and export documents such as commercial invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, export declarations, Carnet-ATA, etc.
• Prepare certificates of origin and A.TR. documents.
• Organize forwarding collections, including tracking until delivery.
• Follow up on shipments and provide status updates internally and to customers.
• Handle import and export declarations in the UK.
• Coordinate between order processing, sales, logistics, purchasing, marketing, and freight forwarders.
• Archive proofs of delivery and maintain master data.

Candidate Profile:

• Education as a shipping agent, customs processing agent, order processing agent, or similar; professional experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, team player, service-oriented, structured work approach.
