The role involves establishing METRO AG-wide Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities to protect digital assets and ensure authorized access to critical resources. The team enhances METRO's Information Security maturity and reduces related risks, aligning with the Board's risk appetite.

The position acts as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of IAM objectives with business goals.

The IAM Product Management Professional oversees the development, maintenance, and strategic direction of the IAM platform, defining vision, prioritizing features, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment with business and security objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to develop and communicate a strategic IAM vision, focusing on Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access, and Secret Management.
• Strong collaboration skills for requirement gathering and translating needs into features.
• Experience in overseeing IAM product development and improvements.
• Analytical skills for monitoring solution performance, security, compliance, and usability.
• Excellent documentation skills for creating and maintaining technical and training materials.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills within a tech environment.
