11. Making decisions and controlling project budgets.
12. Assessing and mitigating risks.

Qualifications include a university degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience managing SAP projects. Knowledge of project management methodologies like PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA systems are essential. Nice-to-have skills include SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur. The candidate should possess strong communication, analytical skills, and be willing to travel. Proficiency in English is required.
