Responsibilities:

  1. Support in the development and implementation of Paid Digital Consideration and Conversion strategy and campaigns with focus on Social Media channels.
  2. Translate advertising campaigns into tailored social media spots that fit the target audience.
  3. Build performance media campaigns, manage media and assets, and develop content that performs best.
  4. Identify signals from consumers and optimize campaigns (e.g., Google’s Performance Max) for assets and efficiency.
  5. Track media and search platform analytics (Google, YouTube, Meta) from our brand and competitors to improve assets and future campaigns, ensuring KPIs and ROI are met.
  6. Align social and low-funnel activities with our website and shops.

Qualifications:

  1. 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in FMCG or a media/digital agency.
  2. University degree in Business Administration, marketing, digital media management, communication, or related fields.
  3. Proven track record in social marketing management and performance marketing.
  4. Experience with FMCG or non-food categories is advantageous.
