Job Opportunity: CX Intelligence Specialist (m / f / x)

Role Overview: The CX Intelligence Specialist will ensure the optimal operation of the MyDCSI satisfaction platform, providing data-driven insights to support customer experience strategies and leveraging AI tools to understand and meet customer expectations.

Location: Frankfurt am Main | Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week | Type: Qualified personnel leasing

• Annual salary of €48,000 - €50,000 plus additional benefits, depending on experience and qualifications

Initial meetings and interviews are conducted via video conferencing for your convenience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct system health checks and diagnostics for MyDCSI
• Provide real-time operational support and issue resolution
• Use dashboards and tools to support projects and management requests
• Offer insights based on CX data for ongoing improvements
• Identify trends in CX metrics and collaborate with teams for deep dives
• Assist in quarterly CX Intelligence Forums
• Support NPS improvement initiatives based on analysis

Qualifications:

• Degree in Data Sciences, Statistics, or related fields; Master’s preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in automotive or service sectors
• Experience with system maintenance, support, especially multi-market platforms
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent English communication skills
