Inside Sales - Direct Accounts - DE - Westhausen

Summary

The Inside Sales Position will focus on supporting Key Account Managers business. This position involves providing detailed quotes and presentations for our existing clients as well as for new potential customers. The process does include Cleco & Apex brand products – complete tightening systems as well as spare parts components.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clarification of customer`s requirements in coordination with Customers and Key Account Managers
2. Clarification of delivery times, product configuration and calculation
3. Preparing appropriate customer quotes
4. Presenting and delivering information to clients
5. Answering client questions and follow-up call questions
6. Working with sales team when closing sale
7. Hand-over to collect customer orders
8. Supporting S&OP – Sales & Operational Planning - for a professional production forecast

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

1. Technician degree with commercial background or similar
2. Previous experience in inside sales in a technical environment
3. Comfortable making calls and close communication with customers and internal divisions
4. Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
5. Strong computer skills, including quoting tools, SAP basic applications, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred
6. Fluent in English and German
