What you'll do

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Transform user insights into user flows, prototypes, and detailed designs that showcase intuitive interactions and engaging interfaces
• Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests to refine designs and enhance user experiences
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of designs into the development process
• Leverage analytics tools to interpret user behavior and adoption data, driving continuous improvement and informed design decisions

Who you are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of user-centered design projects
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD, with a solid understanding of user research methods and usability testing
• Critical and creative thinker with the ability to solve complex design challenges while balancing user needs and business goals
• Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills to conduct customer interviews and collaborate with international teams
• Culturally agile, proactive, and solution-oriented, thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with a passion for continuous improvement
