Join us to drive and accelerate the growth of Schneider Electric’s KNX business! In this position, you will focus on the most attractive market segments and cultivate strategic partnerships with system integrators, contractors, and end users to bring opportunities to our sales teams.

Your Impact
  1. Analyze market segments and develop a multi-channel strategy.
  2. Prospect KNX projects, qualify leads, and secure project bids.
  3. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators and contractors.
  4. Identify large infrastructure or building market opportunities for KNX and build relationships with key decision makers.
  5. Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals that highlight KNX's value and close sales.

Your Profile
  • Several years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields in home/building automation using KNX technology.
  • Deep knowledge of KNX technology and its advantages.
  • Proven success in building and managing channel partner networks.
  • Familiarity with opportunity pipeline management and tendering processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Hunter mindset to identify and develop sales leads.
  • Fluent in German and English.
