Job Description:

As a CMC Project Manager at Miltenyi Biotec, you are responsible for outlining, overseeing, and managing the CMC part of complex CAR T cell projects. You will work closely with management and subject matter experts to determine the scope, content, schedule, and budget of the project. You will be the primary contact for external customers and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication among all parties.

• Define the project's scope, content, timeline, resources, and budget in collaboration with management and experts. Serve as the main contact for stakeholders and customers, maintaining effective communication.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status, achievements, risks, and next steps to management, enabling informed decisions.
• Build strong relationships within the project team, fostering transparent and trustworthy information exchange across departments.
• Support Subject Matter Experts by sharing project knowledge, dependencies, milestones, and key points to keep them informed.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes as part of your responsibilities.
• Qualifications include a PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Medicine, or related fields, with several years of product development experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, and proven project management skills. Knowledge of GxP, Immunology, and wet lab work is beneficial.
