PowerCo SE has begun its mission in Battery Valley, starting battery cell production and ramping up our global headquarters for cell manufacturing. The CTO organization oversees battery cell development, including research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing, and analysis of battery cells.

How you will CELLebrate

• Develop advanced stack designs for lithium-ion batteries
• Optimize topics such as swelling, thermal propagation, costs, etc.
• Develop stacks for new cell types and requirements
• Develop stacks for different installation conditions and applications

Analyze and evaluate technical developments and benchmarking.

What you need for our CELLebration

• Completed technical/university studies, e.g., in mechanical engineering, materials science, physics, or comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in developing stacks or battery systems
• Expertise in developing battery components
• In-depth knowledge of battery systems

Professional communication skills in English.

• Strong team skills and willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Excellent IT skills, especially in MS Office and Catia.
