Your Responsibilities

As an owner-managed logistics service provider with Hanseatic roots, the company, founded in 1879, is now at home all over the world. 93 own offices and more than 3,150 employees in over 24 countries form the basis of the Leschaco Group. As a Digital Learning Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our development of internal learnings. You will be responsible for the conceptualization, development, and implementation of our digital Learning Management System and e-learning content. Your responsibilities will include :

• Conceptualization, development, and management of digital courses in the LMS, as well as related digital learning materials
• Designing interactive learning materials, videos, simulations, and other digital learning formats
• Independent analysis, optimization, and expansion of training content on our internal learning platform
• Incorporating gamification elements and other innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience
• Ongoing management of our global digital SharePoint, including creating e-learning content and video tutorials
• Reporting / visualizations for strategic analysis and enhancement of training materials

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in educational technology, instructional design or a related field of expertise
• Demonstrable experience in e-learning content development and digital learning platforms
• Creativity in designing engaging and effective learning materials.
• Good communication skills, initiative, as well as a structured and team-oriented work approach
• Best : Initial experience in process management, along with excellent analytical and conceptual abilities
• Proficiency with Office 365, ideally including SharePoint
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar audio / video editing software, and HTML knowledge is desirable
• Thirst for constant learning and improving
