E-Learning/Media Specialist (f/m/x) for Localisation of digital trainings
Your responsibilities:
- Plan and execute localization activities of end-customer digital training assets to support our different markets and blended learning approach.
- Localize our existing digital training courses and assets, such as graphics, animations, videos, and H5Ps into all relevant languages.
- Manage all your digital training localization projects from kickoff to final release, including external supplier handling, project management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, product experts, and Instructional Designers in our digital training development team.
- Ensure efficient e-learning asset management and archiving procedures, maintaining global quality standards and approval processes.
- Contribute to process documentation and best practices for localized video production and course launches.
- Handle localization invoice processing and management with SAP.
Your profile:
- BA/BS or equivalent degree in Localization, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Media Education, Communication, or Media Studies.
- 2-5 years of experience in localization project management and hands-on media localization experience.
- Organized, structured work style, experienced in multimedia asset handling and management.
- Project management experience in planning and coordinating complex media productions.
- Knowledge of language requirements, localization prerequisites, and media asset change management.
- Skills in handling video assets in Adobe Premiere Pro and post-production.
- Proficiency in using Articulate Storyline for localization.
- Knowledge of archiving workflows and administrative coordination.
- Creative, pragmatic, and deadline-oriented approach.
- Enthusiastic team player with intercultural competence.
- Profound knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
