The E-comm promotion & clu manager is responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of promotions across the e-commerce channels (Web & App).

Your responsibilities
  1. Build a strategy for promotional effectiveness in terms of demand & profitability across e-commerce channels, countries, and assortment.
  2. Implement the strategy within the wider E-Commerce organization.
  3. Focus on a customer-led full funnel approach (acquire (GET), convert (GROW), & retain (KEEP) customers).
  4. Coordinate with Development, UX, and marketing teams on digital experiences to increase engagement and conversion across the consumer journey.
  5. Collaborate to build a 365-day brand/retail calendar with campaigns for brand/retail moments.
  6. Lead and prepare weekly & daily trade plans to meet promotional targets using modern scorecards based on OKRs & KPIs.
  7. Align omnichannel promotions, campaigns, and activations to ensure strategy consistency.
  8. Collaborate with the Consumer Engagement Leader to develop connected membership journeys.
  9. Achieve seasonal and yearly promotional targets.
  10. Work with E-commerce sales and operations to ensure a robust S&OP process, ensuring the right stock levels for digital channels.
  11. Contribute to developing new market and channel penetration strategies in collaboration with relevant teams.
