We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager (Freelancer) for our client. You will play a vital role supporting the Microsoft team, enjoying a dynamic work environment within a successful European market-leading company. Your focus will be on enhancing the European marketing campaign project management.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Campaign Support: Assist the European Marketing Manager in coordinating go-to-market projects and campaigns across 31 countries. Interpret campaign briefs, develop project blueprints, and ensure successful setup in our project management system.
2. Content Coordination: Refine and adapt marketing content for various channels, especially social media and digital platforms, ensuring content is engaging and tailored for local markets.
3. Campaign Management: Use our project management tool (e.g., Wrike) to update workflows, create and assign tickets, oversee campaign materials, and ensure timely and quality execution of deliverables.
4. Translation Implementation: Manage translation processes using our Translation Management Tool, ensuring accurate translations and timely delivery for local campaigns.
5. Communication: Act as a central contact point between central and local marketing teams, maintaining open communication, providing updates, and ensuring alignment for campaign success.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, analyze results, and gather insights for optimization.
7. Data Collection & Compliance: Collect proof of execution documents, handle paperwork for vendor claims, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
8. Reporting: Prepare clear reports on campaign outcomes and project statuses, including key results and learnings for stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Degree in communication management, marketing management, project management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven project management experience in digital marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with project management tools, ideally Wrike.
• Solution-oriented and quality-conscious approach.
• Ability to work in a diverse, professional, and humorous team environment.
