Position Overview :
As an E-commerce Management Trainee, you will be guided by your mentor to learn and practice the operation of Amazon and other e-commerce platforms step by step, covering the whole process from product uploading, content optimization, inventory management to data analysis and customer feedback management. Through systematic training and hands-on practice, you will grow into a business backbone who can independently manage part of the Amazon category and further expand to other e-commerce clients or take on GTM (Go-To-Market) responsibilities in local markets.
Initial Stage (Learning & Collaboration) :
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of an assigned Amazon category under guidance.
- Assist in executing product upsells, listing optimization.
- Assist in managing inventory and demand forecasting.
- Track and analyze sales data, conversion rates, advertisement effects, etc., and make optimization suggestions.
- Assist in managing customer reviews and feedback.
- Independently run Amazon-assigned categories, develop and execute sales and operational strategies.
- Independently manage other e-commerce platform customers or channels.
- Participate in New Product Launch and Market Entry (GTM) projects and develop local market strategies.
- Continuously analyze business data and optimize operational processes to drive sales growth.

- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; a Master's degree from a top university in Germany is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of business administration; relevant internships or work experience are a strong advantage.
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational change.
- Open-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; good command of German both written and spoken, business fluent would be preferable.
