Job Description: Key Account Manager New Business (m/f/d) – Cologne

Dyson, a British technology and invention company founded in 1993, is renowned for developing innovative technologies. With over 10,000 employees worldwide, including more than 3,000 engineers at its headquarters in Malmesbury, Dyson has been active in the German market since 1998. Based in Cologne, Dyson Germany handles sales and marketing of Dyson products at the national level.

We are seeking a Key Account Manager New Business (m/f/d) to join our team in Cologne.

About the role
  • Operational management and new acquisition of marketplaces
  • Coordination of external service providers
  • Development and implementation of business and marketing plans for Dyson direct sales on marketplaces
  • Data analysis and derivation of recommendations for continuous marketplace development
  • Planning and management of online campaigns on partner platforms
  • Ensuring content requirements of partners
  • Budget and revenue responsibility for partner sales
  • Planning of assortment, quantities, and distribution
  • Monitoring KPIs and preparing reports
  • Market and competition analysis
  • Collaboration with internal teams, external providers, and the UK parent company
About you
  • Degree in e-commerce, marketing, business, media studies, or equivalent commercial training
  • Initial professional experience in relevant areas
  • Strong affinity for digital business and marketplace processes
  • Excellent communication skills and time management
  • Proactive, solution-oriented work approach
  • Fluent in German and English; proficient MS Office skills
