Key Account Manager New Business (m/f/d) – Cologne

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development, as well as the operational marketing of digital marketplaces in direct sales.

About the role
  1. Operational management and new acquisition of marketplaces
  2. Coordination of external service providers
  3. Development and implementation of business and marketing plans for Dyson direct sales on marketplaces
  4. Data analysis and derivation of recommendations for action to continuously develop the marketplaces
  5. Planning and management of online campaigns on partner platforms
  6. Ensuring content requirements of the partner
  7. Budget and revenue responsibility for partner sales
  8. Planning of assortment, quantities, and distribution
  9. Monitoring of KPIs as well as preparation of reports
  10. Market and competition analysis
  11. Close cooperation with internal functional areas, external providers, and the parent company in the UK
About you
  1. You have completed a subject-specific degree with a focus on e-commerce, marketing, business, or media studies, or an equivalent commercial training
  2. Initial professional experience in the aforementioned areas
  3. Strong affinity for digital business and marketplace processes
  4. Excellent communication skills and time management
  5. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
  6. Fluent German and English skills as well as good MS Office knowledge
