Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Product Owner to plan and coordinate IT projects within our e-commerce environment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of e-commerce applications and business processes.

What you can expect

• Administration and further development of our system landscape, including Commercetools and Shopify as e-commerce platforms, and Kubernetes services in AWS for implementing our own services.
• Development of the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in collaboration with business units.
• Documentation and collection of user stories, technical and functional requirements, and creation of detailed product and requirement specifications.
• Steering the technical implementation through agile software development with internal and external developers.
• Planning and executing the go-live of applications and services, including testing.
• Serving as the interface between IT and business departments.
• Providing service management by analyzing, classifying, and processing problems, changes, and incidents.

How you can convince

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of e-commerce applications and related business processes in ERP & CRM, as well as digital marketing.
• Familiarity with web development, APIs, and integration processes.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Proven experience in requirements definition and software conception.
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with a systematic approach.
• Ability to work independently and with foresight.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
