We, VanSprint, are a retailer that specialises primarily in e-bikes and bicycles. We combine our passion for bikes and e-commerce to bring e-bikes closer to people all over the Netherlands and Belgium. We do this mainly through our successful webshop. About the position :

As an employee in the customer service / call center for the Dutch market you will support our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, and answer all their questions by telephone and e-mail.

  • Receiving telephone and written inquiries, complaints and claims
  • Maintaining customer relations and satisfaction
  • Processing, following up and coordinating the timely processing of inquiries, as well as providing telephone and written feedback
  • Advice and provision of product and service information via telephone and e-mail / ticket system
  • Generating sales leads and positive reviews
  • Preparation of offers and leasing orders
  • Forwarding product and service problems to the right place
  • We always welcome process optimization and further development

Your profile :

We are looking for someone with a passion for e-commerce and with an entrepreneurial, proactive approach. You should be able to be able to work independently. Sprint through the requirements :

  • Impeccable customer skills, you have strong empathy and integrity
  • You are able to work independently and self-motivated. You are
  • self-confident and pro-active in your work and can deal well with problems
  • You are proficient in MS Office and / or Google Sheets
  • Dealing with customers by phone and email is no problem for you
  • You speak Dutch at native speaker level, but ideally you can also communicate in German and / or English (not a dealbreaker)
