Job Description:

What are you going to do?

You are responsible for GPS's online products with all online e-commerce partners. You will also stimulate the growth of these partners in the e-commerce channel through effective strategic planning and deployment of content, resources, marketing plans and advertising.

Furthermore, you will develop and maintain effective working relationships with various colleagues, such as product managers, marketing, and inventory management.

With your creative and analytical skills and flexible attitude, you contribute to a reliable and efficient ecommerce experience.

This includes tasks such as:

  • Loading, managing and reviewing the content of the online product portfolio to ensure that the categorization, imagery, text, pricing, placement on the site and promotional messages are accurate and meet brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop and manage product assortment and marketing strategies to support the strategic vision for the assigned account.
  • Oversee the development and execution of annual account marketing plans through collaboration with account teams, internal sales, product, brand, and digital teams.
  • Develop and implement an online product strategy for all e-commerce partners.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to support and execute new product launches and marketing related initiatives.
  • Support in the planning, execution and analysis of annual online campaigns.
  • Provide support across AdWords, social media, and other existing advertising channels to support bottom-of-funnel operations.
  • Managing online reviews and ratings – including collecting reviews and providing responses; Updating product content and messaging on the site to better serve the customer.
  • Conduct bi-weekly and monthly advertising analysis and recommendations.
  • Studying category merchandising strategies of key competitors and the top-performing online retailers, to understand emerging trends.
  • Monitor and perform site audits for the accuracy of product content.
  • Monitor and manage product presentation enhancements, including short and long descriptions, key features, and imagery.
  • Proactively look for opportunities to improve go-to-market strategies and tactics, improve customer experience, and maximize ROI.
  • Promoting emerging technologies and developing opportunities for e-commerce.
  • Co-managing budgets related to marketing.

What do you bring?

  • Completed bachelor education in business administration or marketing with 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce.
  • Preferably background and knowledge of e-commerce and online marketplace management with demonstrable experience in successfully launching new products through e-commerce.
