The Role

As the e-commerce manager, you will oversee on-page marketing, optimization, digital marketing, and paid ads. Your main responsibility is managing the online store, ensuring it aligns with local market preferences in appearance and content. Your daily tasks will include:

• Consulting customers in Scandinavian markets, especially Denmark, and working through the lead funnel to increase sales
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns, including themes, pricing, discounts, and bundles
• Updating prices, product descriptions, and website content to meet global standards and local needs
• Tracking and being accountable for sales goals in Denmark
• Analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly
• Collaborating with the creative team for engaging marketing content
• Identifying localized marketing opportunities with the marketing team
• Increasing traffic and conversion rates through SEO and SEM techniques
• Implementing process improvements and maintaining data accuracy

Ideal Profile

• You speak and write Danish at a native level and are fluent in English (C1)
• At least 2 years of experience managing an e-commerce store
• Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience (online or offline)
• Experience with Google and Meta Ads is a plus
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media advertising is a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with management tools
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
• Knowledge of Shopify is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences
• Confident, driven, and results-oriented
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
