Job Title : Dynamics 365 USD and Contact Center Developer

Location : Germany (Remote)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 USD and Contact Center Developer with a strong background in customer service to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing solutions using Dynamics 365 Unified Service Desk (USD) and contact center technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of customer service processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 USD and contact center technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer service requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 USD to meet specific business needs.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 USD with other contact center systems and platforms to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts, plugins, and workflows to enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365 USD.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 USD and contact center solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users and administrators.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 and contact center technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with other Dynamics 365 modules and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
