Dynamics 365 (Senior) Business Analyst/ Project Manager

Job Description:

This is your job:

1. You will lead customer projects in the role of a Project Manager in combination with leading the process and business analysis.
2. Taking care of the success of the project in all three dimensions: quality, time, and budget.
3. Taking care of a positive customer relationship and success.
4. Advice on a CRM vision and roadmap based on added value to the client's business strategy.
5. Advising the customer on possible uses of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to optimize business processes.
6. Moderate Envisioning Workshops to ensure future value add of the platform for the client.
7. Support and advice for the Product Owner and Stakeholder of the client.
8. Documentation of the processes and the proposal for the functional solution architecture.
9. Taking care of the right user adoption concepts including Change Management and Training.
10. Presentation of the functional and technical requirements to the customer.
11. Link between the department and the project/development team.
12. Facilitation, implementation, and documentation of requirements workshops.
13. Advice on setting up the backlog for (technical) work packages.

Your qualifications:

1. 5+ years practical working experience on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform.
2. Knowledge of the following modules: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Insights Journeys, Customer Service, Sales, Field Service), Contact Center Power Platform Configuration & Implementation, Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform certification.
3. Knowledge in GenAI & Copilot.
4. Project Management.
5. Requirement Engineering.
6. Product Backlog Management (DevOps, Jira).
7. Agile project methodology.
8. Ability to deal with conflict and goal-oriented communication (in German and English).
9. Process thinking.
10. Moderation skills.
11. Management of the customer on business deciders.
12. Solution-oriented approach.
13. Clear and simple communication of relevant technical details.
14. High degree of self-organization.
15. Structured approach and flexibility.
