- Implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights: You will implement Dynamics 365 Customer Insights solutions for our clients, ensuring their business requirements are met.
- Consulting and Requirements Analysis: You will advise our clients on the optimal use of Customer Insights Journeys and Data, analyzing their specific needs.
- Data Integration and Management: You will ensure the integration of various data sources and manage data to provide a comprehensive customer view, working closely with our technical data team.
- Development of Customer Journeys: You will create and optimize Customer Journeys to enhance customer experience and increase loyalty.
- Training and Support: You will conduct end-user training sessions and assist with questions and issues.
- Project Management: You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
- Continuous Development and Best Practices: You stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Customer Insights and apply them in your work.

Minimum qualifications include:
- A successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a digital agency or consulting firm.
- A deep understanding of business processes related to digital marketing and CDP technologies, with the ability to create and optimize Customer Journeys. Basic knowledge of data integration and management from various sources is also desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Business Applications projects (Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights Journeys & Data) and a basic understanding of integration options.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a keen understanding of client needs and challenges.
- Willingness to learn continuously and work actively within a team to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent German and English skills, with willingness to undertake national travel.
