Position: Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (m/f/d)

Department: Information Technology

Location: Innsbruck, Austria

Employment Type: Full-Time, 38.5 hours/week, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the technical components of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Provide 2nd line support, monitor, and maintain system performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Profound experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security configuration.
• Experience with integration tools and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues.
• Proactive communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

Salary:

Minimum annual gross salary from €53,650.51, based on professional qualification and experience.
