Position: Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (m/f/d)

Location: Innsbruck, Austria

Type: Full-Time, Permanent, 38.5 hours/week

Your Tasks

• Develop, implement, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system components to meet business needs
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop solutions
• Provide second-line support, monitor system performance
• Stay updated with latest Dynamics 365 technologies and best practices

Your Profile

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proficient in CRM configuration, workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security
• Experience with integration tools and APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
