Team / Division Overview:

The Product Division manages project strategy, development, and innovation in client solutions. The Alternatives Product Specialists and Development team focus on Illiquid/Alternative solutions across Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Alternative Credit, working closely with various divisions and supporting product lifecycle management, documentation, and compliance.

Role Details:

As a Product Manager for Alternative Investments, you will:

• Support Alternative products, focusing on managing and monitoring the product lifecycle post-launch.
• Serve as a contact point within the Alternatives organization throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships within Alternatives and DWS.
• Manage processes related to product events, documentation updates, ratings, and reporting across asset classes.
• Assist in regulatory compliance, impact assessments, and implementation of changes affecting products.
• Support product publications and communications.
• Maintain DWS product databases.

We are looking for:

• Experience in Alternative asset classes, especially Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Private Credit.
• Skills in project management, analysis, organization, and understanding of fund documentation (prospectuses, RFPs, DDQs).
• Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
• Proactive, committed, and open to new challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Degree or relevant professional experience.
