For the Domain Architecture area at DWS, we are seeking experienced Domain Architects to strengthen our team. Candidates should have a strong Asset Management background, particularly in Corporate Functions and the CFO area, along with broad architectural and technical expertise.

As a domain architect, you will collaborate closely with responsible personnel across various Corporate Functions, focusing on supporting the CFO space. Your role will involve defining and supporting strategic and technical orientations, modernization, and harmonization of systems and applications. You will act as the primary liaison between business units and IT, working with other IT domains and senior architects to deliver aligned strategic solutions.

Your responsibilities will include discussing new business use cases, deriving strategic initiatives, and helping business units enhance capabilities, functionality, or achieve cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate the business and domain architecture with business units
• Align current and future architecture with business functions
• Oversee business applications within the domain as the domain architect
• Manage the Information Domain (KAIT) within the domain
• Support business areas in defining new project demands and navigating through budget and delivery processes

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Extensive experience in Asset Management, especially in Corporate Functions and CFO
• Proven experience as an IT Architect
• Deep understanding of modern architectural concepts such as SOA, Data Mesh, Data Product, Observability, event-driven architecture, Lambda, Kappa, Delta/Medallion architectures
• Technical experience with SAP-HANA and SAP-BW
• Knowledge of TOGAF, SAFe 6.0, or similar frameworks
• Understanding of Data Quality Management concepts including Data Integrity, Profiling, Traceability, and Auditability
• Awareness of relevant local and global regulations affecting IT delivery
