What characterizes this position?

During your dual study, you will get to know various departments and areas of Xerox and our local sales partners. A key focus will be your involvement in our sales organization, including:

• Analyzing and evaluating customer requirements
• Advising customers on hardware and software and conducting product presentations
• Developing and adjusting concepts for printing and document management processes according to customer needs and considering economic efficiency
• Implementing or customizing Xerox software, hardware, and workflow solutions in the IT and printing infrastructure of our customers
• Conducting customer-specific tests of hardware and software
• Engaging actively in customer communication, from initial contact with new clients to resolving complaints and preparing offers

You will be integrated into the respective teams and workflows from the start and will assume responsibility early on. The theoretical knowledge you need will be acquired both at vocational school and at the Hochschule für Oekonomie und Management (FOM) in Düsseldorf.

What characterizes you?

You have completed your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife with good results. You excel particularly in Mathematics, German, and English, which is reflected in your results. You are enthusiastic about the digital world and its opportunities, and electronic devices, cloud computing, apps, etc., are familiar to you, not just through gaming. Ideally, you have gained some practical experience in sales, commercial, or IT-related areas through internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer work. You approach new situations and people openly and with curiosity. Reliability and independence are your strengths. You are outgoing, communicative, and enjoy working in a team.
