Responsibilities
Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance and analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department.
Resolving complex employee relations issues.
Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention by fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting open communication.
Supporting the design and implementation of performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
Providing guidance and support during organizational changes, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
Collaborating with training specialists to assess training needs, design development programs, and deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Utilizing HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for informed decision-making, such as turnover analysis, workforce planning, and diversity initiatives, and preparing monthly FTE reports / FTE Planning.
Staying updated on labor laws and regulations in Germany, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant and up to date, and providing labor law guidance / compliance to business.
Assisting in the management of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal equity, and close collaboration with payrolling and payrolling provider to assure smooth processing.
Suggesting new HR strategies in line with overall business strategy and goals and assuring continuous improvement of HR processes and involvement in HR projects.
Profile
You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is advantageous.
You bring proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
You have in-depth knowledge of German labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
You have demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
You are proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
You are fluent in English and German, both written and verbal.
You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
You are a strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
