Job Responsibilities

• Develop and define comprehensive tracking specifications, data models, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate our product and engineering strategies effectively.
• Design and create dashboards that showcase product performance for the organization and teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management to convert business requirements into robust data models and actionable insights.
• Perform complex data analyses to detect trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to enhance product and operational performance.
• Lead ad hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions across product, operations, and business spheres.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to ensure optimal data pipeline architecture for advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Help us become a data-driven organization and offer expert advice on qualitative analysis and experimental design.
• Establish and define data analysis processes. You’ll be the first person to join this team, so you will have the opportunity to shape the data analytics unit.

What you bring

• Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst in a data-driven organization.
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing data build tools for transforming data in the warehouse and preparing it for analysis.
• Expertise in database management and querying with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) technologies, as well as proficiency in programming with R, Python, or similar data analysis languages.
• Experience creating dashboards with CleverTap, Metabase, or similar analytics tools.
• Extensive practical experience in documenting data models and tracking specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Independent work ethic with a proven track record of initiative and successful project completion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Leadership experience or potential with the capability to mentor future team members.
• Deep understanding of analytics and data sciences.
