Job summary

Neways Electronics International invites a dual Bachelor's student to join a three-year training program at the Riesa site. The curriculum blends business administration with retail-focused content, offering hands-on exposure in supply chain management, cost control, and accounting.

You will study 3 semesters at DH Riesa and 3 semesters in practical work at Neways Riesa, with a 40-hour workweek, flexitime, and a company cafeteria and facilities.

Qualifications

• A-levels with focus on maths, English and German, possibly economics.
• Strong communication skills and open-mindedness.
• Interest in economic contexts and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Learn a dual Bachelor's program in business administration - retail management.
• Support supply chain management, cost reduction and quality improvements.
• Assist in controlling and accounting tasks while gaining hands-on experience.
