Neways Electronics International NV in Riesa bietet ein dreijähriges duales Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft – Handel an. Lerninhalte umfassen Supply Chain Management, Kostenreduktion und Qualitätssicherung sowie Controlling und Buchhaltung.

Die Ausbildung ist praxisnah und verbindet DH-Riesa-Theorie mit drei Semestern praktischer Tätigkeit bei Neways. Teilnehmer erwartet eine Vergütung von 1.030 € brutto pro Monat im ersten Ausbildungsjahr, plus leistungsabhängige Boni, zusätzlich 50 €

Qualifications

• Abitur mit Schwerpunkt Mathematik, Englisch und Deutsch.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Offenheit.
• Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen.

Responsibilities

• Lernen im Bereich Supply Chain Management.
• Unterstützung bei Kostenreduktion und Qualitätsverbesserungen.
• Unterstützung bei Controlling und Buchhaltung.

Remuneration: 1030 euros per month in the 1st year of training + a performance-related bonus

50 Euro travel allowance / month

Holiday entitlement: 29 days / year

Working hours / school hours: 40 hours / week, flexitime

3 semesters at DH Riesa, 3 semesters practical work at Neways Riesa
