We are looking for a Dual Student (m/f/d), Business Administration (or similar), ideally full time (depending on study model) to start their first degree in October 2025 with TravelLocal as a partner company. We welcome applications from candidates who are looking for their first finance role and want to study at a Berlin university (dual).

The study programme starts in October 2025, and if you want to gain experience before then, there is also the option of a paid internship.

Tasks

About the Role

You are responsible for the effective and timely processing of finance tasks whilst adhering to high standards of process control. This is no ordinary job. The business moves quickly and you will find yourself getting involved in a wide variety of tasks and process improvement, including both financial and non-financial.

Communicate effectively with other members of the team, partners and travelers to come up with creative solutions to our business needs.

Focus on learning and self-development to ensure that the company is always benefitting from your expertise.

We highly value passion, drive, and motivation, so even if you do not have years of experience, convince us.

Your Challenges & Opportunities

• Working as a member of our finance and legal team to cover all operational processes, other regular business tasks, and payment processes.
• Ensure data is recorded accurately and timely into our financial systems and is shared with our external service providers.
• Monitor, forward and respond to requests from external and internal sources including our direct partners and external consultants.
• Ad-hoc legal assistance and collaboration.
• Provide holiday cover in the team as required.
• Be part of our international team and speak fluent German and English.

• You are IT literate with Microsoft office and Google workspace skills (particularly Excel/Google sheets).

• You are a proactive problem solver.
• You can communicate professionally in English (company language) and German.
• You are able to work independently but have an awareness of when to seek assistance.
• You have strong communication skills and are used to dealing with different characters.
• You have a friendly and self-confident manner.
