This program offers a two-year job-integrated master's degree, where you will be assigned to Allianz and work on various projects supporting financial and sustainability reporting.

Who will you be joining?

Our Group Reporting team handles financial and non-financial disclosures, including annual and interim reports, Solvency II reports, and sustainability disclosures like CSRD. You will support the team in preparing regulatory and financial reports, internal management reports, and sustainability projects, gaining experience in a dynamic environment.

Study Program

Alongside your role, you can pursue a master's degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), including options like M.Sc. in International Management, M.Sc./MBA dual degrees, or M.Sc. in Digital Leadership. More info at Steinbeis SIBE.

Impact Areas

• Preparing and coordinating financial reports like the Annual and Interim Report, SFCR, RSR
• Reviewing content and language, incorporating stakeholder feedback, layout changes, data uploads
• Creating analyses and presentations for stakeholders like the Board, analysts, rating agencies
• Enhancing reporting processes, including automation and AI integration
• Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and administrative support

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Good analytical and process understanding
• Highly organized and proactive
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, data science, or related fields
