The focus of your role is to support the dedicated PMO team working on business transformation projects. This role focuses on the NextGenCRM project, which is about implementing a new CRM platform for our B2B business units and sales and service companies around the world. This initiative is part of the larger ZEISS Key Group Program ‘Shaping Customer Excellence’ which enables the implementation of an important part of the ZEISS corporate strategy.
