TASKS
- Support global HR data collection processes for reporting, performing quality checks on delivered data, and supporting local People & Culture coordinators.
- Create reports using MS PowerBI, enhancing them with explanatory graphs and tables, and draft recommendations
- Execute queries and reports in our global Workforce Analytics Solution (SuccessFactors) and collaborate with experts to further develop the solution
- Ensure technical setup of global SAP BW, including access management, system rights, and IT specifications
- Update training and communication materials, managing related channels effectively
- Support various processes and projects within the team
- Support the global team with analysis and reporting on HR topics both at global Allianz and local market level
- Run external benchmark studies by analysing peer and industry reports
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in reporting and analytics activities
PROFILE
- Completed) Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, business administration, business informatics, or engineering, with a strong focus on analytics and data management
- High proficiency in MS Office software (especially PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint)
- SAP BW knowledge would be very helpful
- Basic knowledge of VBA / macro creation (Excel) is advantageous
- Experience with R, Python or other scripting language used for data analysis
- Strong ability to understand and work with data
- Ability to perform qualified esearches and to manage project plans and tracking progress effectively
- Familiarity with AI concepts and tools, such as machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Interest in exploring how AI techniques can enhance data analysis and reporting processes
- Well-organized, proactive team player with strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Quick to grasp complex topics
- Experience in project work within a multicultural environment is beneficial
- Enthusiastic about developing and implementing new ideas with a practical outlook
- Values diversity as an asset in team settings
- Fluent in English in speech and writing, German is a plus
