TASKS
- Support with preparing the dialogue between the Group COO area and the OE; preparation of briefings
- Provide support for developing initiatives, frameworks, tools & methodologies related to Operations & IT Steering
- Collaborate with topic owners to align on targets and ensure accurate data collection for the quarterly KPI dashboards
- Create, support, and maintain high quality reports and dashboards with Power BI
- Provide support for preparation of Board presentations
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, information technology, management information systems or comparable
- First work experience in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics or other business related fields or Mathematics
- You have hands-on experience with Power BI and possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate in a clear, well-structured manner; willingness to learn and interested to work in a challenging international environment
- Very good English skills (at least C1), German is helpful (but not a must), additional language skills are a plus
